KayaDesk LLC is a managed virtual staffing agency that places trained virtual assistants with U.S.-based small business clients. The information presented on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services.

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the systems supporting it, or any related networks.

4. Inquiries and Fit Calls

Booking a fit call or submitting an inquiry through this Site does not create a service agreement. A formal engagement begins only when you and KayaDesk have signed a Service Agreement and you have paid the applicable setup fee.

5. Services and Payment

Specific terms governing each engagement, including scope of services, pricing, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, and termination, are set out in the Service Agreement signed at the start of the engagement. Pricing referenced on this Site is indicative and may be adjusted based on the scope of work confirmed during onboarding.

6. Candidate Applications

Submitting an application to join the KayaDesk virtual assistant bench does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of placement. KayaDesk reviews all applications and reaches out to candidates whose qualifications match upcoming engagement needs. No fees are charged to candidates at any stage of the application process.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all content, design, and underlying code, is the property of KayaDesk LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Site without our prior written consent. The KayaDesk name and logo are trademarks of KayaDesk LLC.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Calendly and Google Forms, that are not owned or controlled by KayaDesk. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. You access them at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a Service Agreement specifies otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
