KayaDesk is a managed virtual staffing agency based in Texas. We place trained virtual assistants with U.S.-based small business clients across administrative support, sales outreach, and social media production. Our VAs are based primarily in the Philippines and work remotely with clients across the United States.
When you work with KayaDesk, you are not placed on a job board and left to figure it out. We match you with a client based on your skills and experience, walk you through structured onboarding before your first day, and stay involved in your engagement through regular check-ins, performance coaching, and quality reviews.
We pay our VAs directly and on time. You invoice KayaDesk, not the client. We handle the relationship management, the scheduling, and any issues that come up. Your job is to do great work in your role.
